Common questions

How wide should curtains be compared with the window?

The track should be 150–200 mm wider than the window on each side. The fabric is then 2–2.2 times the track width so it looks full when closed.

How high should a curtain track go?

As close to the ceiling or cornice as you can. It makes the room look taller and stops light spilling over the top.
