Delivery and returns

Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide. Delivery is $29 per order and free on orders over $500. Curtains are made to order and take about 3–4 weeks from your deposit to your door.

Payment

We confirm your sizes and price by email first. You pay a 50% deposit when we start making, and the balance before dispatch.

Returns

Every curtain is made to your sizes, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a curtain arrives faulty or not made to the sizes you ordered, we will repair, remake or refund it.

If you measured wrong

If you followed our measuring guide and the curtain still does not fit, we remake it once at half price.
