Blockout S-Fold curtains for an 1800 mm window are $236, made to your width and drop in 5 colours. Blockout curtains have a dense triple weave that stops almost all light through the fabric. Light can still come in around the sides and top, so mount the track wide and high for the darkest room.

The fabric blocks almost all light, but some comes in around the edges. A ceiling track and 150–200 mm of extra width each side gets you close.
Are blockout curtains good for heat?
They help, but thermal curtains with a backing do more for cold glass and hot afternoon sun.
